Purpose of Assignment
The purpose of this paper is to guide students through a process of self-reflection and self-evaluation to discover the scope of their personal and professional development while enrolled in the RN-BSN nursing program at Old Dominion University.
Student Approach to Assignment
This paper described various learning experiences demonstrating my professional growth in all eight core program outcomes. I included specific examples from course-related activities and clinical practice to support my accomplishments. I reflected on my development and achievements that prepared me to lead the change in nursing.
